What do I do?

Please be prepared to submit photographs of defective product with a complete description of the defects.


Can I get a refund?

Products that have been found to be defective will be eligible for a credit for the full amount of the order. This amount will be credited to your account.

All defective orders will be replaced to your satisfaction following a consultation to identify defects and agree upon a solution to rectify those defects.

How long do I have to return?

When will I receive my refund?
