Production Time:
- Normal production lead-time is 4 to 6 weeks. Note: Lead times
are subject to potential seasonal pressures (usually Jan.
- Mar.)

Artwork Requirements:
- Camera ready artwork required on all new custom orders
- One color camera-ready artwork means a clean, black &
white composition on glossy paper with center marks
- Multicolor jobs require color separated black & white
camera-ready artwork.
- Pictures & Halftones require a 55 to 65 dot or line screen.
Line art is recommended for sharp reproductions.
- Once plate is made and ready for production, a $25.00(Net) charge
will be imposed for changes in Art or copy.
- Electronic art should be provided in a vector art format, or as high resolution 1 bit tiff images.
Proofs:
- All initial proofs are sent free of charge. Major copy changes
from original artwork will be billed at Cardinal Bag's cost.
- Minor changes processed at no additional cost.
- Cardinal's liability for accuracy of printed material ends with
customer's approval of proofs.
- All proofs not returned within 30 days, will be subject to cancellation
and billed for all work performed at our cost.
- Normal production time is required following proof approval.
Default & Cancellation:
- Purchaser may not cancel orders without sufficient notice. Orders
canceled while in production are subject to billing for costs
incurred.
Standard Designs:
- Available in all sizes.
- Only available in color combinations listed.
- Minimum quantities must be met.
- No plate or typesetting costs.
Custom Designs:
- See artwork requirements
- Second side printing available.
- Please contact Cardinal Bag for back printing specifications.
Shipping & Packing:
- Freight is prepaid on all orders of $540.00 or more.
- All other orders are shipped freight prepaid, with freight
charges added to invoice.
- Orders being shipped outside continental USA is shipped F.O.B.,
point of embarkation.
Terms:
- Payment terms are Net 30 days
- Visa and MasterCard credit card payments are accepted by phone. Please have your invoice ready when you can call.
